Returns & Refunds

Eligible products can be returned within the return window shown on the product page. Certain categories (perishables, personal care, customized furniture) may not be returnable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection.

For customized furniture, cancellation and refund terms depend on the production stage and vendor policy.
